We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Indivdual to join our team as an IT Systems Administrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of our organization's IT infrastructure. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development in a dynamic IT environment.

This is a FULLY ONSITE role based in the South Metro Denver area. This opportunity is unable to provide sponsorship at this time. Relocation package included for qualified candidates willing to move to Colorado. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

System Maintenance and Support:

• Assist in the installation, configuration, maintenance, and compliance of hardware and software systems, primarily Microsoft 365 enterprise suite administration.
• Provide technical support for end-users, addressing hardware and software-related issues and meet SLAs.
• Perform routine system monitoring and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
• Understand and troubleshoot email flow issues.

Network Administration:

• Contribute to the management and maintenance of network infrastructure, primarily UniFi.
• Assist in troubleshooting network connectivity issues and ensure a secure and reliable network environment.

User Account Management:

• Support user account provisioning and de-provisioning activities.
• Assist in managing user access controls and permissions.

Backup and Recovery:

• Participate in data backup and recovery processes to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Work on disaster recovery planning and execution.

Security Compliance:

• Collaborate in implementing and maintaining security policies and procedures, including Microsoft Endpoint Management & Defender.
• Assist in monitoring and responding to security incidents.
• Drive security patch management to ensure SLA compliance.

Documentation:

• Create and update documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years IT Administration Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and security concepts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Eagerness to learn and stay updated on industry trends and technologies.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, Jira Cloud, Confluence, Proofpoint PPS, Vonage Business VoIP, Zscaler Internet Access, Tenable/Nessus.
• Basic knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Exposure to backup and recovery solutions.
• Practice good documentation and case management skills

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
