Job Description
About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Pool Technician (or Apprentice) to join our team. Whether you have experience or are new to the field, we’ll provide training for the right candidate. This is a hands-on, outdoor job that involves visiting residential and/or commercial properties to maintain pools and spas.
Responsibilities:
Assist with routine cleaning and maintenance of pools and spas (skimming, vacuuming, brushing, chemical testing, and balancing)
Help inspect equipment and report or repair issues (filters, pumps, heaters, etc.)
Maintain accurate service logs and customer notes
Load/unload supplies and help prep for daily routes
Communicate professionally with customers and the team
Requirements:
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and be on your feet for long periods
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Reliable, punctual, and respectful
Experience is a plus but not required — we’ll train the right person!
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., end time varies, some Saturdays required.
