Job Description

The purpose of the class is to perform responsible, specialized clerical duties in support of efficient and effective Court Administration operations; to maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records; to assist in the courtroom as necessary, and to perform related work as required. The class works within a general outline of work to be performed and develops work methods and sequences under general supervision. Requires high school diploma, GED or specialized vocational training; paralegal degree preferred. Requires over one year and up to and including two years. Must possess or be able to obtain Notary Public certification and NCIC certification. This position Must possess a valid state driver's license. This position rotates days, 12 hours shifts.

Compensation Minimum: $20.66
