Job Description :
As a Consultant supporting our Federal government client, you will work as part of an innovative team to research, prepare, and deliver high-quality solutions. You will be trusted to complete tasks independently, begin leading others in completing tasks, and contribute to the overall team effort to solve challenging problems for the benefit of our customers.
The successful candidate will have the ability to:
Communicate processes, strategies and outcomes with executives and stakeholders
Develop and publish business proposals
Manage internal and external communications
Leverage analytics and reports to determine effectiveness and seek continual improvements of marketing and communication initiatives
Acquire and maintain a detailed knowledge of the company's policies, principles, and strategies, and keep up-to-date with relevant developments.
Oversee communication initiatives, including handling program or project coordination and managing organizational transitions
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business management, communications, public relations, journalism, or related discipline
3+ years of relevant, professional experience
Experience creating and implementing a communications strategy
Curious and open-minded approach to work
Thrive in a continuous Build-Measure-Learn cycle
Engage with technology-with comfort and ease (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Monday, Slack, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Human-Centered Design, design thinking, and/or service design background
Experience consulting for the Federal government, specifically the VA
