Job Summary

The Store Manager is responsible for all aspects of store performance, including team engagement, guest experience, and achieving key results. They hire, develop, and lead their team, fostering a culture of belonging and growth.

Core Responsibilities

• Leadership and People Management: Create an inclusive team environment, establish a store vision, manage hiring, support ongoing development, and address employee concerns.
• Guest Experience and Community: Lead exceptional guest experiences, manage team interactions, address escalations, and cultivate community relationships through local initiatives.
• Operations, Product, and Strategy: Drive visual merchandising, manage inventory and sales strategies, oversee store profit and loss, and ensure safety and compliance.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the country
• Ability to travel to assigned store
• 1+ year of people management experience
• 1+ year managing retail operations
