Pay Range : $20 to $24

Summary: Perform job duties required to maintain kitchen work areas, kitchen equipment in clean and orderly condition at Camp Randall Stadium and Kohl Center.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Leads a team to complete deep cleaning projects and preventative maintenance on a seasonal basis.
Washes dishes, pots, pans, utensils and other food preparation machines and equipment.
Sweeps and mops floors at appropriate intervals to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
Removes trash/recycling and places into designated containers. Cleans waste containers in appropriate areas.
Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas observing all safe lifting standards.
Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
Complete loading or unloading deliveries Monday - Friday.
Reports damaged or expiring products during deliveries and daily checks.
Maintains kitchen stock of daily use items such as gloves, food wrap, chemicals, trash bags, etc...
Complete daily cooler & freezer temperature logs.
Complies with all outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
Job Requirements:
Basic understanding of QR codes and able to use mobile phone to complete daily checklists.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Ability to lead others.
Servsafe Food Handler Certification is preferred.
