We are searching for an experienced Staff Accountant to join our team and manage our financial activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining updated financial records, executing financial transactions, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and assisting with budgeting and financial audits. • Position Overview: The Staff Accountant will be responsible for managing the financial activities of the company and creating accurate, up-to-date financial records.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other reports.
  • Perform account reconciliations and maintain the general ledger.
  • Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external use.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial audits.
  • Prepare and review tax returns, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a financial or accounting role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting and reporting.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with other financial software.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
