Major Responsibilities:Lead month-end close processes and financial analysis.
Prepare and review journal entries for various accounts.
Ensure accuracy in financial reports and general ledger reconciliation.
Oversee tax filings and compliance.
Collaborate with property and asset managers.
Drive process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA certification preferred.
5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in real estate.
Strong GAAP and accrual-based accounting knowledge.
Proficient in accounting software and Excel.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
