Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Experience Strategist with 10 to 14 years of expertise in Experience Design POV Design System Creation Figma Adobe XD Responsive Web Design Visual Branding and Adobe Photoshop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating user-centric designs and a keen eye for detail. Experience in Investment Banking Operations or Investment Banking & Brokerage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive experience design strategies to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of design systems that ensure consistency and scalability across various platforms.
• Provide expert guidance on the use of Figma and Adobe XD to create interactive and visually appealing prototypes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop responsive web designs that offer seamless user experiences across devices.
• Drive the visual branding efforts to ensure that all design elements align with the companys brand identity and values.
• Utilize Adobe Photoshop to create high-quality visual assets that enhance the overall user experience.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Develop and present Experience Design POVs to stakeholders showcasing the value and impact of proposed design solutions.
• Ensure that all design deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and are delivered on time.
• Mentor and support junior designers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to keep the companys design practices at the forefront of the industry.
• Work closely with developers to ensure that design specifications are accurately implemented.
• Contribute to the overall success of the company by creating designs that drive user engagement and business growth.

Qualifications

• Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in Experience Design POV Design System Creation Figma Adobe XD Responsive Web Design Visual Branding and Adobe Photoshop.
• Demonstrate a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user-centric design and visual branding.
• Have experience in Investment Banking Operations or Investment Banking & Brokerage is a plus.
