An exciting opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students in a K-12 school setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist certified Speech-Language Pathologists in implementing therapy plans designed to improve students' speech, language, and munication abilities.
• Conduct therapy sessions under supervision, using established techniques and materials.
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records in pliance with school and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support students' individual needs.
• Prepare materials and organize therapy activities conducive to student engagement and growth.
• Follow confidentiality and ethical guidelines in all interactions and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Current certification or license as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in the state of Oregon.
• Experience working with children in educational or clinical settings preferred.
• Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow detailed plans and work under supervision.
• Knowledge of typical speech and language development and mon disorders.
