Job Description
We are seeking a Software Developer in the Energy/Natural Resources industry, based in Houston, Texas. As a Software Developer, you will be primarily responsible for the integration of trading systems, reporting using Tableau/Power BI, and maintaining and supporting existing ETRM applications. This role is crucial to increasing the bandwidth of our team and contributing to our Migration Project to CXL 8.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the execution of the Migration Project to CXL 8, ensuring all elements are successfully integrated.
• Develop and maintain ETRM applications, ensuring they are running efficiently and effectively.
• Work on capital projects that include maintenance and support on existing ETRM Applications.
• Handle integration of trading systems, ensuring smooth and seamless operations.
• Utilize Tableau/Power BI for reporting purposes, creating clear and concise reports for relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and develop solutions accordingly.
• Participate in regular team meetings, contributing ideas and providing updates on progress.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to your work.
• Continually test and troubleshoot systems, addressing any issues promptly.
• Ensure all work adheres to industry standards and company guidelines.
