North Auburn Health & Rehabilitation Center in Auburn, WA is now hiring a full-time Social Services Assistant! Come join our amazing team!

Pay Range: $24/Hr.+. DOE

What you will do:

• The Social Services Assistant assists the Social Services Director in providing services to meet the social and emotional needs of the residents/patients.
• Develops a rapport with the residents/patients and presents their concerns to center management.
• Charts as assigned
• Assists with Resident Council
• Assists the Social Services Director with discharge planning for residents
• Follows all center's policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to speak, understand, write and read in English
• Previous experience in a long term care setting PREFERRED

As required by state and local law, North Auburn Health & Rehabilitation Center provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that North Auburn Health & Rehabilitation Center expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:
