Digital Media Management (DMM), a Keywords Studios company, is a full-service social media agency that specializes in 360 campaigns for the entertainment, games, and consumer brands industries. DMM creates groundbreaking social-first marketing campaigns rooted in innovative strategy, and provides clients with community management, creative, video production, influencer, talent, and performance marketing capabilities.

We are looking for an LA based Social Media Manager to join our fun and growing TV & streaming division. The Social Media Manager will work on some of the most popular TV shows currently on air and coming in the Fall! You will be responsible for creating and managing innovative and engaging social media campaigns. You have experience developing social strategies, building out content calendars, conceptualizing social creatives, and engaging with audiences on social media channels.

Your Impact
  • Create and manage innovative, engaging social media campaigns
  • Write creative copy and manage social content for several primetime TV series, all with unique voices and tones
  • Ideate social media content buckets and creative while tapping into current social media trends
  • Strategize talent activations, sweepstakes/contests, and digital activations
  • Manage and build out all content calendars and publishing across social platforms
  • Facilitate community management on all social media channels
  • Participate in brainstorms for various campaigns across the company
  • Collaborate with the creative team to maintain the campaign's aesthetic
  • Administer high-level reporting and in-app analytics
  • Organize and manage paid media campaigns as needed

Your Experience
  • 2+ years of experience working within the social media space, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Experience working across social campaigns in entertainment is a plus
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Familiarity with social publishing tools like Sprinklr or Sprout is a plus
  • Highly detail-oriented, able to manage multiple campaign timelines simultaneously
  • Knowledge of paid social media
  • Excellent interpersonal and client communication/presentation skills

Your Availability
  • 9-6pm PST; Available for onsite client and team meetings (1-2x a month)
  • Occasional after-hours, weekends and holiday support needed for TV premieres, award shows, holiday specials, etc.

$66,560 - $71,560 a year

The salary range for this role is $66,560-$71,560 and is based on experience, responsibilities of the position, subject matter expertise and is location specific.
