Position Overview
Ready to make wellness go viral? We're hunting for a Social Media Content Creator Intern who can match our energy, creativity, and passion for making health content that doesn't put people to sleep! This is your chance to flex those creative muscles, experiment with trending content, and help us show the world that wellness can be fun, relatable, and totally addictive.
This hybrid position is perfect for someone who gets excited about both creating killer content AND seeing the numbers climb. You'll have the freedom to work remotely (hello, content creation in your PJs!) but also join us in our fun office space where the good vibes and snacks flow freely.
What You'll Actually Be Doing (The Fun Stuff!)
Content Creation & Production
- Be our resident Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok genius, Reels mastermind, and all-around content wizard
- Film and edit content that makes wellness look as good as it feels
- Create thumb-stopping content including:
- Viral-worthy Reels and TikToks (yes, you can use trending audio and ideas!)
- YouTube Shorts that people actually want to watch
- Carousel posts that get saved and shared
- Stories that feel like FaceTiming with your bestie
- Be ready to jump in front of the camera (don't worry, we'll hype you up!)
- Turn our products and lifestyle into content people actually want to see
Strategic Planning & Execution (But Make It Fun)
- Help us plot world domination... through social media
- Brainstorm creative campaigns that make our competitors jealous
- Build content calendars that keep us organized (and sane)
- Support our affiliate partnerships with content that converts
- Match content drops with launches, promos, and random Wednesday wins
Analytics & Optimization (Numbers, But Make Them Exciting)
- Become best friends with analytics (they're not as scary as they seem!)
- Create reports that actually make sense to humans
- Use data to make our content even more fire
- Test different approaches because experimenting is half the fun
- Spy on competitors (legally, of course) to stay ahead of the game
Platform Management (Your Social Media Kingdom)
- Rule our social media empire across:
- Instagram (where our aesthetic lives)
- TikTok (where we go viral)
- Facebook (yes, it still matters!)
- X/Twitter (for our hot takes)
- Pinterest (wellness inspiration central)
- LinkedIn (professional, but make it cool)
- YouTube (long-form fun)
- Master the art of scheduling without losing spontaneity
- Slide into DMs (professionally) and build our community
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills (Your Superpowers)
- CapCut editing skills that would make Hollywood jealous
- Canva design abilities that spark joy
- Meta Business Suite knowledge (or willingness to become besties with it)
- Can work a camera phone like a pro cinematographer
- Understand the mysterious ways of the algorithm gods
Platform Knowledge (Your Native Language)
- Speak fluent Instagram, TikTok, and whatever platform launches next week
- Know what's trending before it's trending
- Understand each platform's unique vibe and how to nail it
- Can explain why something went viral (beyond "it's funny")
Personal Attributes (Your Vibe)
- Proactive: See something that needs doing? You're already on it
- Reliable: You show up, show out, and deliver the goods
- Intuitive: You just "get it" when it comes to content
- Fun & Funny: Can find humor in anything (even Monday mornings)
- Camera-Ready: Not afraid to be the star of the show
- Trend Translator: Can explain TikTok trends to anyone over 30
- Detail-Oriented: But not in a boring way
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points!)
- Currently studying something cool (Marketing, Communications, Film, or "Life")
- A portfolio that makes us say "OMG, we need you!"
- You've made at least one thing go mini-viral
- You understand affiliate marketing (or at least know what it is)
- You've built your own following (even if it's just your mom and best friends)
- You can work Adobe Creative Suite (fancy!)
- You bring ideas we haven't even thought of yet
Work Schedule & Requirements
The Where and When
- Hybrid Life: Work from wherever you create best, but join us IRL too!
- Office Vibes: 2-3 days per week in our awesome space where:
- The snacks are healthy (and unhealthy, we're balanced)
- The team is actually fun to hang with
- Content creation equipment is at your fingertips

- Location: American Fork
- Hours: 25+
