Description

FINE Airport Parking is hiring Shuttle Drivers at our Tulsa location. Come join our family atmosphere and help us provide the "FINE Experience" to our airport parking customers by offering first-class service while respecting company values.

Our Shuttle Drivers provide prompt, safe, and courteous transportation for our customers between the parking facility and the airport while offering the highest level of customer service - the FINE Experience. A full job description will be provided upon interview. We are hiring full-time and part-time positions with daytime and overnight shifts available.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers in a professional manner.
• Park and drive shuttles efficiently and safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned shuttle.
• Provide assistance to customers with luggage or directions.
• Adhere to shuttle driver procedures and safety protocols.
• Handle customer inquiries and communicate effectively.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer pick up and drop off.
• Follow company standards for customer service excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the facility's operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous driving experience preferred
• Must be 23 years of age for insurance purposes
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
• Ability to frequently lift over 50lbs
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
