**Job Title: Shop Welder - Night Shift**
**Job Description**
We are looking to add 4 more Shop Welders who will primarily perform MIG Welding in our Fabrication Shop. This position is for the night shift, running from 5pm-3:30am Monday-Thursday, and 3pm-11pm on Friday. Responsibilities include staging and setting up materials or components for work, setting up materials in jigs or positions for welding as instructed by the lead, proficiently MIG welding parts using mild steel, keeping records of tasks performed when required, and performing other duties as directed by the Shop Lead.

This is a fully on-site position in SUFFOLK, Virginia.
**Work Environment**
Welders will work in the Fabrication Shop, which is a typical shop environment and not climate-controlled, so it can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. We are hiring for both night shift and day shift positions. Night shift hours are 5pm-3:30am Monday-Thursday, and 3pm-11pm on Friday. Day shift hours are 6am-4:30pm. Candidates should be open to working on Saturdays if needed, though weekend work is rare. Night shift candidates receive a $2 differential.
