* Range above represents difficulty of care payments paid to a caregiver for providing personal care services to a eligible person residing either in the caregiver’s home or in the person’s own home. Stipend rates are contingent upon assessed needs of the person and subject to state approval. Stipend levels 18 through 21 are available only by special application to the purchasing governmental unit. Nonotuck Resources Associates () is a community-based agency that has been providing residential services since 1972 to people with intellectual disabilities and acquired brain injuries. We support people who need assistance to remain living in a home setting. The individual and shared living provider share a home; the shared living provider must have an extra bedroom.
SHARED LIVING PROVIDER NEEDED
We are seeking a compassionate individual or couple to provide a welcoming and supportive shared living home for a young man in the Natick/Framingham area. He dreams of living in a home with people who will embrace him as an inclusive member of the household. He values meaningful relationships and is looking for a home where he feels empowered, respected, and celebrated for who he is. He is looking for a home where he will be encouraged to participate actively in daily life activities while receiving the support he needs to achieve his goals and maintain his health.

Caregiver responsibilities will include planning and sharing meals, coordinating appointments and social activities, and providing assistance with budgeting, safety, and daily living skills. To qualify, all applicants must have First Aid and CPR training, a valid driver's license, own a car, pass a CORI, and meet AFC criteria. The caregiver will receive a generous stipend, training, and ongoing support. Clinical supports, nursing supports, and respite funds are also available, as needed.
