Green-Way Irrigation is a family-owned irrigation and outdoor lighting company that has been in business for nearly 40 years.
We are looking to expand our team and have an opening for a Service Department Manager. Our company has built itself on high standards of customer satisfaction and we are looking for a trustworthy individual that can communicate professionally about irrigation and outdoor lighting with our clients.
A qualified applicant must meet or exceed the following requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years experience in irrigation &outdoor lighting services
- Minimum of 5 years management experience
- Valid / clean driver's license - subject to insurance approval
- Ability to manage and oversee multiple routes of service technicians
- Ability to communicate clearly in English -- verbally and in writing
- Lead and train service teams
- Coordinate scheduling and resolve service issues
- Physically capable of digging, lifting, bending and climbing on job-sites
- Dependable and motivated
- Strong organizational skills
- Precise record keeping ability
- Customer service skills personable for client interaction and experience
- Microsoft Office skills
