  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Manage a team of solar service technicians to complete all system warranty repairs, service requests, and commissionings within service level expectations and cost.
  • Including first and second level troubleshooting for all solar system service requests;
  • And, coordinating materials, inventory, fleet vehicles, technicians, and maintenance requirements to achieve service level targets for system repairs.
  • Participate in departmental management level meetings for purposes of communicating opportunities and recommendations for process improvement strategies across the organization to assure optimum efficiency of the company assets.
  • Coordinate all field-related activities to service systems.
  • Process all customer warranty and insurance claims.
  • Provide product and service training educational opportunities for service technicians, crews, and other MOXIE employees who could benefit from the same.
  • Manage all service orders from customers and those generated via MOXIE employees.
  • Assist in the development of and adherence to customer service standards, policies, and procedures for the company.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all forms of correspondence and discussions with customers.
  • Ongoing analysis of customer needs and trends, and recommend appropriate solutions and strategies to customers and the company.

  • *Education and Experience**
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in solar and/or construction industries is a strong plus.
  • Working knowledge of SalesForce is desired.
  • Leadership and Customer Service experience required.
  • Experience using Google Suite is desired.
  • *Benefits**
The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending upon skills and prior experience. Regular reviews and raises are awarded based on tenure and performance with increases far above industry standard.
