Join our team as a Web Content Specialist and contribute to our success in delivering engaging online experiences to our customers. Responsibilities: Content Development: Create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for a variety of marketing channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, blogs, and printed materials. Content may include articles, blog posts, case studies, video scripts, infographics, and more. Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with MorseLife's brand voice, values, and marketing goals. Ensure consistency in messaging and tone across all platforms. Audience Research: Conduct research to understand our target audience, their needs, pain points, and preferences. Use audience insights to tailor content for different demographics and personas. Search Engine Optimization and Writing: Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and drive organic traffic to our online properties. Stay current with SEO best practices and trends. Work closely and be a backup to the Social Media Manager for producing and scheduling content for social media platforms. Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers, videographers, and other team members to create multimedia content that enhances our messaging. Content Organization and Scheduling: Utilizing Monday.com to Plan content around key events, promotions, and campaigns. Compliance: Ensure that all content complies with relevant regulations, including healthcare and senior living industry standards. PR: Work directly with the Senior VP of Sales and Marketing on press releases, PR blogs, major announcements, letters to VIPs, and content rollouts. Proofreading and Editing: Responsibilities include helping with proofreading and editing of content to both digital and print marketing materials. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field. Proven experience as a content creator or content specialist, preferably in the healthcare or senior care industry. Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including content management systems (e.g., WordPress), social media management tools, and email marketing platforms. Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices, knowledge and experience implementing. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative mindset and a passion for storytelling. Familiarity with healthcare and senior living industry trends is a plus. Ability to craft posts with creative images using Adobe Suite or Canva.
