***Security Clearance Required: A Final DoD Top Secret Clearance*** This position does not provide a telework option. Candidate must be willing to work on-site in Patuxent River, MD. CRL provides a signing bonus and potential relocation assistance for this position. Primary Responsibilities: Support the execution of advanced development and research program. Work with program teams to integrate new capabilities, derive requirements, and support development of program descriptions, specifications, integrated roadmaps, and detailed schedules. Support and coordinate technical reviews, data analysis and reports, and monitor and report team status/execution. Support the development of technical documentation. Serve as the Systems Engineer focal point for coordination of technical program status and execution throughout the design, engineering, integration, test, and program execution process. Serve as the Systems Engineer SME for program technical execution, coordination, risk identification, and communication of concerns and issues to program management and technical leadership. Coordinate functions between government and manufacturers' leads and engineers along with the operational SMEs, warfighters, and program leadership. Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering or related field from an accredited college or university. Required Experience: Candidate must have at least ten (10) of experience in Systems Engineering of military platforms, mechanical and structural, and requirements development processes. Allowable Experience/Education Substitutions: Experience cannot be substituted for education. Desired Experience: Candidate should be proficient in all Microsoft Office products and Adobe. Candidate should have demonstrated good oral and written communication skills. Candidate should have experience coordinating operations across multiple organizations. Candidate should have experience working in a dynamic, schedule constrained, and complex security environment. Security Clearance Required: A Final DoD Top Secret Clearance.
