We’re seeking an experienced Systems & Network Integration Engineer to support government projects in the defence and security space. This role focuses on designing and implementing integrated systems comprising servers and networking components across wide area networks. You will work closely with technical teams and customers to translate operational requirements into robust system solutions. The position offers a blend of engineering design, hands-on testing, and client-facing responsibilities. Location: Various Locations (Office based in the West but need to travel to client sites) Working hours: Monday to Friday, Standard Office Hours Key Responsibilities: Lead or contribute to the design, deployment, and delivery of IT systems involving servers and network infrastructure across geographically distributed environments Conduct system analysis to identify requirements, including interface specifications, and propose appropriate engineering solutions Collaborate with project managers and engineers to define system architecture and generate technical documentation Set up development testbeds for system integration and verification Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware procurement and ensure compliance with system requirements Develop and execute system validation plans, including integration and acceptance test cases Support customer-facing acceptance testing and compile formal test reports Requirements: Min. 3 - 4 years expertise in IT System Engineering roles Strong analytical thinking and ability to articulate technical concepts clearly in written documentation Eagerness to share knowledge and mentor peers within the engineering team Professional certifications in Cisco (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) and/or Red Hat are highly advantageous Interest in on-site systems integration and field testing Willingness to undertake overseas travel for project deployments Open only to born & raised Singapore Citizens due to project requirements Your recruiter for this job: WhatsApp Celine @ 6421 4966 for a quicker response.
