Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Project Manager to lead complex SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA projects for a Randstad client in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of SAP experience, including at least 5 years managing large-scale transformation and implementation projects. Expertise in SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and experience with both agile (SAP Activate) and ASAP methodologies is essential. This role requires a proven track record of successfully delivering SAP projects of varying complexity on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.



Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards, meeting customer expectations.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, adjusting milestones and resources as needed for successful project execution.
• Conduct regular monitoring of project progress, reconciling with baseline plans.
• Maintain and track risks, issues, and follow-up on closure actions.
• Oversee project closure activities, including financial reconciliations.
• Implement Agile Project Management practices (core Agile principles and ASAP) to enhance delivery efficiency.
• Ensure quality control at all stages, minimizing errors in deliverables.
• Manage changes to the project baseline, handle change requests, and secure necessary approvals.
