The firm handles intellectual property litigation cases, insurance coverage cases, personal injury cases and all kinds of commercial litigation cases at all levels of trial and appeal.
Role Description
This is a full-time, in office for a Senior Paralegal at PIA HOYT. Our office is downtown Salt Lake City at 170 S. Main Street (on the corner). As a Senior Paralegal, you will be responsible for legal document preparation, discovery, deadlines, pre-trial preparation, preparing hearing binders, communicating with clients, conducting limited research, and significant document review. For the right applicant additional compensation or remote flexibility could be considered.
