Job Description

Our client, a top-tier AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Litigation Associate to join its dynamic and growing team in Tampa, Florida .

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-stakes matters, including cross-border asset recovery, complex commercial litigation, securities and regulatory disputes (including FINRA), cryptocurrency and digital asset litigation, corporate governance and related disputes. The firm boasts a strong, sophisticated litigation practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive legal research associated with cases, as well as draft legal documents such as briefs, pleadings and discovery requests.
• Communicate with clients, partners and other members of the practice group regarding case developments.
• Manage cases from intake to trial.
• Attend and defend depositions, as well as appear at court hearings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of strong business and/or commercial litigation experience.
• Courtroom and case management experience required.
• Experience drafting motions, taking and defending depositions.
• Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-starter.
• Strong academic credentials are required.
• Must be licensed to practice in Florida.
• Must have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
