Job Description

Role: Senior Document Control Specialist

Location: Irving, TX - 75038

Duration: 12 Months

Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM or 9 AM - 6 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process engineering documents, including drawings, change requests, verification protocols, and verification records.
• Ensure compliance with FDA/ISO regulations and company documentation standards.
• Work closely with mechanical, software, and systems engineers to gather, review, and organize engineering design specifications.
• Maintain and navigate electronic change control systems and document workflows.
• Utilize web applications, Word, Excel, and Visio for document control and tracking.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline OR 8 years of experience in a related field.
• Experience working in an FDA/ISO-regulated work environment.
• Familiarity with engineering design specifications, organization, and development .
• Strong ability to process and manage engineering documents effectively.
• Proficiency in electronic change control systems , workflow navigation, and document management software.
