Job Summary:
Senior Designers are primarily responsible for actively leading junior designers and managing the development of mechanical general arrangement, part, and assembly drawing packages for high-voltage switchgear, power switching devices, and capacitor banks. Coordinating with sales, manufacturing, and quality teams as the key technical advisor and product advocate, the Senior Designer must be able to identify and provide reliable solutions for all technical issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the engineering process. The Senior Designer must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the engineering cycle. Primary Responsibilities:
