Job Description

The Sr. Conflicts Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Conflict Department with daily tasks related to conflicts of interest clearance and special projects concerning professional responsibility and compliance. The analyst collaborates closely with attorneys, General Counsel, Conflicts Manager, and the New Business Intake Group to identify, review, analyze, and resolve conflicts and process new business submissions. Responsibilities include reviewing new business intake forms for accuracy, analyzing conflicts results, and communicating critical issues to firm partners. The role involves conducting due diligence, utilizing corporate databases to determine ownership structures, and maintaining conflicts-related databases and engagement letter files. The analyst will also generate and analyze lateral candidate conflicts reports.


Candidates should have 2-3 years of relevant experience in a law firm or similar professional services environment and hold a Bachelor's Degree. Proficiency in LegalKEY and experience with research applications such as Capital IQ, WorldCheckOne, Mergent Conflict Search, and Dun & Bradstreet are preferred. Knowledge of Intapp Open, Intapp Conflicts, iManage Conflicts, iManage Intake, or Upfront software is a plus. The role requires strong initiative, independent judgment, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple functions in a fast-paced environment. A strong team player who can work independently, manage tight deadlines, and provide on-call coverage as needed is essential.
The expected salary range for this position is between $80,000 - $90,000. The actual base salary offered will depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
