The Enterprise Solutions Group, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, is searching for a Senior Client Solutions Manager to manage relationships with our largest and often most complex customers. This person will leverage their knowledge of digital and social media, communication and relationship building skills, and analytical abilities to provide campaign intelligence and campaign strategy consultation, including identifying areas where LinkedIn can provide more value to our clients. The Senior Client Solutions Manager will be measured by their ability to build, cultivate, and partner with our clients as well as their ability to drive incremental revenue. The Senior Client Solutions Manager is a nimble team player who is comfortable managing multiple clients, campaigns, and projects concurrently.
Responsibilities:
Build trusted relationships with clients by proactively understanding customer pressures, objectives and challenges and identifying solutions that will address each area of need
Consult on, and build, client media programs and campaigns, including audience targeting, products, ad formats/channels/partners, content best practices and measurement solutions
Partner with internal cross-functional teams across Insights, Content Solutions, Measurement and Operations to maximize marketing impact on LinkedIn
Consult and advise customers and agency partners on re-investment and new-investment strategies
Educate customers and partners on new products, partners, technology, campaign manager tool capabilities and LinkedIn best practices
Serve as voice of the customer and field to collaborate with LinkedIn product teams to improve offerings and drive scaled adoption
Operationalize scaled servicing motions across your business and region to drive efficiencies
Basic Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, or sales
3+ years of media sales or digital media account management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of auction based or programmatic campaign management and optimization experience (i.e. Google Adwords, SEO/PPC, ad exchange/trading desks)
Demonstrated ability to understand marketing & digital media metrics
Ability to conduct regular forecasts and reports
Ability to think strategically with a proven track record of achieving results by connecting a customer’s pressures with data-driven products and solutions
Demonstrated understanding of internet advertising technology and marketing automation
Know-how of the digital industry landscape
Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
Strong customer engagement and stakeholder management skills, ownership of agency and client relationships
Ability to build insights-backed stories to support strategic business reviews and investment recommendations
Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally
Demonstrated commitment to understanding and prioritizing the needs of the customer

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.The pay range for this role is $139,000 to $213,000 (On Target Earnings). Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
