This position can be based out of one of our offices in Waltham, MA; Lake Worth, FL; New London, CT; Salinas, CA; Suwanee, GA; Becker, MN; or downtown Chicago or Bannockburn, IL on a hybrid schedule. We anticipate that this person will travel around 25% of the time. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.

Your impact:

As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at RealTime Solutions, you will play a crucial role in analyzing large datasets from food manufacturers and translating them into compelling, actionable strategies. We are seeking an individual with strong analytical skills, creativity, and charisma to present data in a way that captivates our audience and inspires action. You will collaborate with various departments to identify insights, opportunities, and trends, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of our clients.

• Utilize analytics tools to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful, actionable insights
• Create data visualizations and narratives to communicate complex and insightful information in an understandable and appealing manner
• Present action-inspiring stories to clients to influence business decisions
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop powerful data-driven presentations showcasing our services and solutions
• Understand client strategies, and objectives to deliver analytics that align with their needs
• Create and process reports, and present data and related strategy suggestions to internal team and clients effectively
• Proactively contribute to the development of innovative data-driven strategies that align with client objectives
• Identify and address errors in data and database
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Proactively achieve client objectives within deadlines by working with internal and external stakeholders
• And other support as required and requested

About you:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365
• Excel and Power Point expertise
• Tableau experience is preferred
• Experience in data visualization to create and deliver insightful information in an understandable format
• Superior attention to detail
• Advanced communication, critical thinking, interpersonal relationship and problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects and work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills
• Bachelor degree in Business Analytics or 4 plus years of analytical experience or equivalent
• Previous foodservice experience preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at select times
