About the Opportunity As a Senior Android Engineer at OKX, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining our core Android app that serves millions of active users daily. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and engineering teams to identify user needs and deliver high-quality features through fast-paced iterations. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with the full lifecycle of a crypto mobile application and drive impactful changes in the digital asset space.

What You'll Be Doing - Join a dynamic global mobile team to develop and implement new features for OKX's all-in-one Android mobile app.
- Focus on performance optimization to deliver a seamless and high-satisfaction user experience.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and evaluate new technologies to meet our evolving business needs.
- Collaborate closely with design and product teams to translate creative concepts into scalable features that cater to millions of users.
- Work with global development teams to deliver customized solutions for international markets while maintaining alignment with the overall system architecture.
- Ensure the creation and maintenance of high-quality technical documentation to enhance efficiency in cross-office and cross-timezone collaborations.
What We Look For In You - Experience: 5+ years in Android mobile development with a strong understanding of core Android components and familiarity with popular UI kits.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth experience with the Android networking layer, including sockets, TCP/IP, and protocols. Proficiency in Kotlin, MVVM clean architecture, and network programming.
- Development Practices: A strong advocate for agile development methodologies such as TDD, CI, and Scrum.
- Passion for Mobile Technology: A deep enthusiasm for mobile technology and experience building applications that serve a large user base.
- Collaborative Mindset: Proven experience working effectively with teams across different offices and time zones.
Nice to Haves - Experience with payment integrations and optimizing scalable mobile applications.
- A passion for cryptocurrency and a keen interest in the evolving world of digital assets.

OKX Statement The base salary range for this position is $198,000 to $250,000. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
