Job Summary: 
Join a top CPA firm in Midtown NYC as a Supervising Senior Accountant! Leverage your financial services experience to support broker-dealers and hedge funds while advancing your career in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities: 

• Manage the full-cycle financial close process for broker-dealer clients.
• Oversee journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger analysis.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and FOCUS reports.
• Calculate monthly net capital and assist with regulatory filings.
• Support clients during annual audits and regulatory examinations.

Qualifications: 

• BS/MS in Accounting; CPA license preferred.
• FINRA Series 27 FinOp license preferred or willing to obtain within one year.
• Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel, with strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• Self-starter with effective communication skills and reliable follow-through

The salary range is between $100,000-$115,000 depending on experience.
