Position Summary: In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for executing US & Global paid search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns and optimizing performance through data analysis, communicating action items to improve campaigns. Conduct technical search engine optimization (SEO) content and site structure audits for US & Global websites. Track organic rankings and traffic to key site sections by measuring keyword positions, search volume, and overall site visibility and ranking using Google Analytics and SEO tools. Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing - 40% Execute US and global paid search strategies within ad/bid management platforms. Develop and expand campaigns & ad groups, identify new keywords, improve titles and descriptions. Oversee display ad campaigns, optimizing for optimal performance Monitor campaign performance and bidding strategies to respond to and anticipate trends and niche competitive landscape changes. Optimize campaigns to maximize CTR, and improve results ranking, achieve performance goals, and Digital OKRs. Monitor tracking to ensure that all reporting is consistently accurate, partnering with AVP Digital Advertising and Digital Analytics team. Drive website traffic and improve ranking/placement in results page of search engines. Identify opportunities for content growth, with a focus on appearing in relevant search queries, driving strong brand identity, and owning content narrative. Implement and oversee US and Global Social media advertising Advanced SEM & SEO Strategy & Analysis - 60% Keep up to date with latest SEO trends, strategies, and algorithm changes. Monitor daily performance metrics with SEO tools such as Google analytics to understand SEO strategy performance. Provide daily and monthly reporting of traffic performance and keyword rankings and provide data-informed recommendations. Maintain understanding of Google algorithm changes to quickly understand implications for the business and identify necessary changes to maintain growth. Collaborate with product teams on SEO UAT and post release monitoring. Monitor the site for technical SEO issues and indexing problems and work with developers to ensure they are fixed. Work closely with Digital Data Analyst for optimal tracking to scale campaigns and develop new media strategies Develop and execute link-building strategy Editorial Calendar Management, inclusive of timely publication and alignment with SEO goals Professional Experience/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or an equivalent combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and/or work experience 5-10 years' experience successfully developing and executing SEM campaigns and SEO content Google certification required Proficient knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints Proficiency in Google Search Console, SEMRush, Looker Studio Advanced technical SEO best practices skills needed ranging from XML Sitemaps, page speed, crawl/server errors, link analysis and clean-up, redirect implementation, and more Advanced technical skills needed in Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Adobe Design and Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel Advanced project management and prioritization skills Data driven Skills in quantitative and qualitative analysis as well as written and verbal communication Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to learn quickly and to deliver in highly regulatory environment Compliance Responsibilities: Adhere to PRA CARES values and the Code of Conduct policy to the highest standards of ethics, and ensure compliance with all relevant policies, processes, and regulations.
