At GardaWorld, we know your compensation is important so we provide competitive hourly starting rates for every market we're in. We're growing our team here in Fort Worth!
Compensation: $16.50 hour
Shift: Multiple positions are available! Specific schedules will be discussed during phone interview.
- Mornings: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (weekdays and weekends)
- Evenings: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (weekdays and weekends)
- Nights: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (weekdays and weekends)
About the job: - You're able to stand, sit, walk, or climb stairs for extended periods of time.
- You're able to complete patrols in a large fulfillment center and outside areas to include a parking lot and trailer yards.
- Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
- You are able to complete security screenings and badge access duties.
- You have computer literacy and advanced phone skills.
- You're able to read and write detailed reports.
- You provide rapid response in critical situations.
- You observe, survey the area and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
- You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.
Your Background: - You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
- You're able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
- If you have Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience - even better!
- You have a Texas Security License (GardaWorld will help to obtain this license during the hiring process).
- You have a CPR certification (GardaWorld will help to obtain this license during the hiring process).
- You are at least 18 years of age or older (21 years of age or old for driving positions) as required by applicable law or contractual requirement.
- You have a valid driver's license (for driving positions) with a good driving history (pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check).
