Job Description

We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding technology company seeking a highly strategic, ambitious, and data-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager. This is a pivotal role focused on scaling and optimizing our sales development efforts. As an SDR Manager, you will be at the forefront of a significant market opportunity, playing a key role in our continued growth.

This leadership position offers the chance to build and guide a high-performing team of 6+ SDRs. You will have full ownership of the day-to-day responsibilities, from recruitment and coaching to achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).

What You'll Do

  • Recruit, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute a strategic growth plan.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to drive collaboration around key insights and strategic decisions.
  • Establish, implement, and maintain best practices for inside sales and B2B sales processes.
  • Champion a positive and inclusive team culture rooted in respect, honesty, and transparency, ensuring all team members feel supported and valued.
  • Develop and refine scalable sales systems and processes to drive predictable revenue growth.
  • Define specific and targeted sales goals, and implement tactics to accelerate growth.
  • Define, manage, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Proactively support your sales team in achieving sales initiatives through efficiency and productivity improvements.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize results, making data-driven recommendations to senior executives.

Who You Are

  • You have 3+ years of experience in Sales, with at least 1+ years in a Sales Development Management role.
  • Experience in a startup and/or SMB SaaS environment is a plus, but not required.
  • You are highly proficient with Salesforce and other sales enablement tools.
  • You have a proven track record of data-driven results and are eager to share your achievements.
  • You have validated experience in building and scaling a sales team through all phases of an account-based sales cycle.
  • You have a passion for creating and implementing scalable processes.
  • You are dedicated to making an impact and supporting your team’s professional and personal growth.
  • You are a quick learner, a self-starter, and possess an eagerness to handle the pressures of increasing levels of responsibility.
  • You are tech-savvy with an ability to comprehend and explain technology with ease.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, "do what it takes" environment and have a strong drive for competition and achievement.
