Job Description:

We are looking for a School RN or LPN to provide dedicated, one-on-one health services to a student in a Granite Falls school setting. This full-time, onsite position requires a professional who is mitted to delivering exceptional care and support to ensure the student's health needs are effectively managed throughout the school day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, one-on-one health care to a student with specific medical needs.
• Administer medications and perform medical procedures as required by the students care plan.
• Monitor and document the student's health status and any changes.
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Washington.
• Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric patients is preferred.
• Strong munication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
