Position Overview:


Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our payroll/HCM practice .






Responsibilities:

• Act as Project Manager to unify Client stakeholders and coordination of end-to-end processes.



• Facilitate regular meetings to update stakeholders on progress, risks, and changes.



• Assist with alignment between technical deliverables and business objectives.



• Recommend tactical decisions for the project.



• Provide status reports and coordinate with Client Project Leadership team



• Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.



• Address and resolve project-related issues promptly to avoid delays.



• If needed, assist with User Acceptance Testing, validation, and other technical aspects of the project as needed by Client.



• If needed, oversee defect resolution.



• Monitor system performance and address post go-live issues.

Required Qualification(s):










Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity with a start date of 12/4/2024 with an initial duration through 1/17/2025 , with the possibility of extending.






Level of Effort: up to 40 hours per week
