Your Contribution

1. Manage the delivery of SAP services in warehousing, production planning, and internal logistics.
2. Oversee the work of global IT teams responsible for supporting SAP Shopfloor/Warehouse processes, ensuring collaboration across different time zones.
3. Be responsible for planning, controlling, and executing the budget related to SAP Shopfloor/Warehouse operations within the IT department.
4. Work closely with IT and business departments as part of global SAP projects, ensuring effective implementation of initiatives and process harmonization.
5. Monitor and optimize production, warehousing, and logistics processes using SAP tools.
6. Manage IT service delivery schedules and ensure compliance with SLA.
7. Solve technical issues and oversee actions aimed at improving service quality.
8. Prepare reports on operational performance, budget execution, and implement improvements in the IT area.
9. Responsible for all aspects of operational IT service delivery following global standards and guidelines.
10. Responsible for coordination of service contracts and oversight of the effectiveness of operational systems.

Your Experience & Qualifications

1. Min. 5 years of experience in global IT SAP delivery organization.
2. At least 2 years of experience in leading global service teams.
3. Knowledge of SAP Production/Logistic Modules (familiarity with production, logistics, and warehousing processes within ERP systems).
4. Certification (or knowledge) for ITIL Foundation.
5. Very good communication skills in English language.
6. Academic background: Computer Science or similar studies.
7. Good knowledge of project management (manage budgets and deliver projects within financial constraints in the IT context).
8. Strong leadership skills.
9. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-changing IT environment.
10. Openness for business travels (around 10%).
