The Work: Support our clients as SAP basis expert with thorough understanding of the latest SAP technology, tools, and architecture Identify, assess and solve complex SAP technology problems Perform system-wide analysis regarding the allocation of enterprise application technology and performance Develop analysis of technology architecture design in coordination with designers, architects, developers, and business analysts Assist in creating and modifying strategies, resolve problems and document issues and resolutions Ability to communicate technical issues, plans and solutions from both a business perspective and a technical perspective providing pros and cons for recommended solutions Manage small-medium sized teams and/or work efforts at a client Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements. Here's what you need: Minimum 3 years of SAP Basis or SAP Tech Arch experience, either Cloud or on-premise Minimum 1 year of SAP HANA or S/4HANA Basis experience Minimum 1 year of helping to manage a team of technical SAP resources, on or offshore Experience in an Advisory/Consulting role Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.
