We are hiring a Leasing Manager who will participate in a range of leasing activities that entail connecting with beauty, wellness and personal care professionals.
This position requires an individual who is sales and service driven, assertive with a professional image as well as having good organizational and communication skills.
The position is responsible for all leasing activities including but not limited to:
· Follow up with leads to schedule and conduct tours for prospective salon owners and enter all pertinent notes on prospects
· Explain and complete lease/renewal paperwork to the prospects and salon owners
· Manage salon owners move-in process (inspection, keys, Welcome Packet)
· Manage recruitment and build relationships to maximize retention of salon owners, maintaining occupancy above 95%
· Plan, organize and host fun and education events for the salon owners
· Strive to be a local ambassador to the local community of hair stylists and beauty pros
· Provide property management oversight – report and manage safety, repairs/maintenance and maintain cleanliness throughout the day
Qualified Candidates must have:
· Five years excellent leasing experience; beauty salon experience considered a plus
· Strong social media skills required. Experience with Excel, Word, and general computer applications.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills to deal with many individuals with varying personalities
· Positive, outgoing, energetic personality and professional appearance at all times
· Comfortable establishing personal boundaries and maintaining professional relationships
· Organized, task-driven, proactive and self-motivated to meet or exceed goals and earn incentives based on performance
· Welcome retail, hospitality, sales, marketing, and general work experience
Job Type: Part-time or Full time
Schedule: Flexible, growing into 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour with generous incentive bonuses up to $10,000
