Skills: Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Job Description:
3-8 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Overall experience of 10 years.
? Deep knowledge of digital and voice campaign strategy implementation including compliance rules and effective contact channel usage
? KPI metrics and analytics of campaign effectiveness
? 3-5 years experience in a functional lead role implementing campaigns for customer service and/or collections related business processes
? Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS.? Experience with Mobile Studio, Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio
