Opportunity: Sales Representative & Trainer – Professional Skincare

Territory: British Columbia (with occasional travel to Alberta, approximately 4 times per year)

Full-time position – Competitive compensation with performance incentives and car allowance

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative & Trainer to represent our premium skincare brands across British Columbia, with occasional business travel to Alberta.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on developing new business, enjoys building lasting relationships, and is confident delivering product education to professionals in spas, clinics, and medispas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a client portfolio across British Columbia
  • Promote and sell high-performance skincare products to professional accounts
  • Proactively identify and open new business opportunities — you’re not afraid of outreach and know how to create meaningful connections
  • Deliver effective product training to estheticians and teams, ensuring proper use and brand alignment
  • Provide clients with ongoing support, promotional ideas, and product expertise
  • Strengthen brand presence and maintain consistency across your territory

Your Profile

  • Diploma in aesthetics or significant experience in professional skincare or cosmetics
  • Strong sales mindset with confidence in prospecting and opening new accounts
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent, self-motivated, and well-organized in managing a territory
  • Experience in product training or client education is an asset
  • Knowledge of the spa and medispa market in British Columbia is a plus
