As a Sales Manager you will lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and revenue targets. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies setting and monitoring sales objectives and providing coaching and feedback to your team. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers and ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

What the job entails:

and nbsp;Plan and execute sales plans and programs to achieve the sales objectives and revenue targets of Venture Smarter

and nbsp;Manage and oversee the daily activities and performance of the sales team and provide guidance support and direction

and nbsp;Recruit train and develop sales representatives and evaluate their skills and competencies

and nbsp;Conduct regular sales meetings reviews and reports and analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas of improvement and opportunity

and nbsp;Establish and maintain positive and longlasting relationships with customers and understand their needs and expectations

and nbsp;Negotiate contracts and deals with customers and resolve any issues or complaints

and nbsp;Collaborate with other departments and teams such as marketing product and customer service to ensure alignment and coordination of sales activities and initiatives

and nbsp;Stay updated on the latest market trends industry developments and competitive intelligence and adjust sales strategies accordingly

Job Requirements:

and nbsp;Bachelors degree in business marketing or related field; masters degree or certification preferred

and nbsp;Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales preferably in a tech or consulting industry

and nbsp;Proven track record of achieving sales goals and revenue targets and leading and managing sales teams

and nbsp;Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers and stakeholders

and nbsp;Strong leadership coaching and motivational skills with the ability to inspire and empower sales representatives

and nbsp;Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce HubSpot or Zendesk

and nbsp;Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic and innovative environment and adapt to changing needs and expectations

and nbsp;High level of integrity professionalism and customer orientation with a resultsdriven and growthoriented mindset
