Key Role Highlights:

● Build strategic relationships and networks, including with realtors and property

managers, to develop referral partnerships and generate new leads.

● Conduct accurate and timely sales estimates both in-person and virtually, with follow-up

actions to secure approval, including upselling additional services.

● Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction by proactively addressing potential issues,

resolving feedback effectively, and securing positive online reviews

● Oversee project management from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within

budget, meeting client expectations, and maintaining quality standards.

● Uphold company values by ensuring quality, integrity, and exceptional customer

satisfaction in every interaction and project.

Hours : Full-time, MF, with the flexibility required to inspire peak performance.

Compensation : $48,000 - $120,000+ / yr. $3,000 monthly draw. 7-8% commissions. Bonus

opportunities.

Requirements :

● Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees,

managers, subcontractors, and clients

● Ability to learn and work independently in a fast-paced environment; self-motivated

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

● Eagerness to build relationships and generate leads.

● Two (2) years of sales or estimating experience is preferred, but not required

● Clean driving record
