Job Title: Sales Manager – Inside and Outside Sales Teams
Location: Stonecrest, GA
Department: Sales
Reports To: COO

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and oversee both our Inside and Outside Sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales performance, fostering team development, and executing sales strategies that enhance revenue growth. This individual will collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with company goals and will be responsible for guiding both teams to meet or exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage both Inside and Outside Sales teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives and growth goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that drive new business and expand current client relationships.
  • Monitor team performance through key metrics and regular reporting to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to improve team skills and performance.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings to review team progress, discuss challenges, and strategize on solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of efforts and optimal customer experience.
  • Hire, onboard, and retain top talent for both Inside and Outside Sales teams.
  • Foster a positive and productive team culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and growth.
  • Evaluate market trends and customer needs to continuously adjust sales strategies.
  • Develop sales forecasts and budgets in collaboration with the senior leadership team.
  • Oversee CRM utilization to ensure accurate reporting, customer tracking, and pipeline management.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales management, with a proven record of success in managing both inside and outside sales teams.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve high levels of performance.
  • In-depth understanding of sales processes, sales forecasting, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving both short-term and long-term sales goals.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in industrial retail / wholesale environments
  • Experience in managing outside sales teams
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Prior experience in team-building and talent development.
