Full time Sales Development Representative (SDR) - 1120

A growing SaaS company in Lakewood is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to prospect companies, book meetings, and cold call to pitch their products. The ideal candidate will have experience in cold calling, preferably in the nursing home industry.

Responsibilities Include:

• Prospect and identify potential companies to target for sales opportunities.
• Book meetings with potential clients to discuss and pitch SaaS products.
• Conduct cold calls to generate interest and qualify leads.
• Present and explain product features and benefits to potential clients.
• Maintain and update CRM with prospect information and sales activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
• Follow up with leads to ensure continued interest and manage the sales pipeline.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Proven experience in cold calling, preferably in the nursing home industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively pitch and present SaaS products.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Enthusiastic and persistent attitude.
