As an RPA Lead Developer, your role involves continuing to develop new automation projects to meet client needs and enhance business process workflows. You will conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify automation opportunities and design scalable and efficient RPA solutions. Your responsibilities include overseeing the implementation of these solutions, ensuring rigorous testing and debugging for high-quality performance. Collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and align with business objectives is crucial. Additionally, you will maintain detailed documentation of RPA processes

Responsibilities:

• Develop New Automation Projects : Create new automation solutions to meet client needs and enhance existing systems.
• Analyze Business Processes : Identify opportunities for automation through detailed analysis of business processes.
• Design RPA Solutions : Develop efficient and effective RPA solutions based on analysis.
• Implement RPA Solutions : Oversee the implementation of RPA projects, ensuring they are executed smoothly.
• Test & Debug : Conduct rigorous testing and debugging to ensure high-quality performance of RPA applications.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders : Gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Mentor Junior RPA Analyst : Coach and collaborate with junior analyst/developer on projects
• Document Processes : Maintain detailed documentation of RPA processes and solutions.
• Provide Ongoing Support : Offer continuous support to ensure smooth operation of RPA systems.

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience of RPA development experience with a focus on UIPath
• Hands-on experience with automation tools and ReFramework
• Proficiency in at least 2 programming languages such as Python, VB.NET, C#, or JavaScript
• Experience with UiPath Document Understanding, OCR tools, APIs, and document processing technologies
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices
• Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills
• Strong communication, attention to detail and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment
• Banking experience is a plus

Education:

• High School or equivalent (Required)
• UIPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification (Preferred)
• Fluent in speaking/writing/reading in English
• Proficient in Spanish and Portuguese (bonus)
