What You'll Do: - Business Partner to North American Sales leadership, collaborating on sales strategy, process optimization, forecasting, analysis etc.
- Responsible for defining, maintaining and reporting sales performance metrics.
- Contributes to sales compensation program rules, policies and procedures.
- Lead standardization of processes and tools and drive continuous improvement to optimize productivity.
- Engaging with sales teams on guidelines, requirements, corrections, quality assurance, and coaching.
- Cross functional partner within the larger RevOps org with: System Admins, Marketing Ops, CS Operations, and Data Analytics.
Who You Are: - 4/5 years of direct experience in B2B SaaS Sales/Revenue Operations role, preferably supporting Enterprise sales teams.
- Experienced owning, implementing and driving rigor in sales forecasting processes at management and IC levels.
- Knowledge of core sales/GTM tools is essential (Gong, Salesloft/Outreach, ZoomInfo/Apollo etc)
- You possess very strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and are comfortable to speak up/push back with leadership when needed.
- You are a Salesforce expert, knowledge of HubSpot is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with ambiguity.
- You speak English fluently, French is a plus.
