Key Responsibilities:

• Retouching on-figure and lay downs for vineyardvines.com EComm
• Retouching lifestyle images for our catalogs and campaigns
• Work under tight deadlines on retouching, cropping, and naming conventions
• Partner with ECommerce Art Director to optimize retouching efficiencies
• Follow brand image guidelines for customer facing website images
• Coordinate with art directors, photographers, studio operations, sample managers, and digital technicians to execute image workflow through to website production
• Swatch matching for accurate color representation of products
• Take on ad-hoc projects as needed

What You Bring:

• Strong understanding of the vineyard vines brand and lifestyle
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in design, photographic or related fields
• Proficiency with Photoshop, Capture One & Adobe Creative software
• 2+ years prior experience as a Retoucher in a commercial photography environment
• Experience using a Wacom Tablet
• Drawing skills are a plus
• Intermediate skills in Google Docs, Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook a plus
• Understanding of color management and best practices in RGB and CMYK workspaces
• Knowledge of the commercial printing process and work environment
• Strong experience with Mac Platforms
• Proficient working knowledge of still imaging software for Mac
• Familiarity with Mac OSX networking protocols
• Accustomed to the intensity of the studio environment and working under the pressure of constant deadlines
• Ability to change direction and projects at moments notice without losing focus
• Self-driven and able thrive and easily communicate creative ideas and collaborate within a team environment
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
