Job Description
Job Summary: Work with the HT Talent staff to execute talent searches for clients, primarily focusing on prospective candidate development efforts.
• Support the end-to-end search process for HT Talent clients
• Collaborate with the search lead to create search strategies that ensure successful outcomes for each search
• Partner with the search lead to build comprehensive sourcing plans including target companies, academic institutions, communities, and other vectors to find relevant talent
• Identify, research, and qualify talent profiles using sourcing plans
• Ensure all talent profiles are fully captured and updated within HT Talent’s contact relationship management (CRM) platform
• Assist with the development of talent outreach campaigns and, as appropriate, use them to engage with relevant prospects
• Play a supporting role in HT Talent’s assessment process including profile reviews, interviews, and reference checks
• Help the search lead develop client updates and participate in client conversations
• Continuously evaluate and share recommendations on how to improve HT Talent’s search process
• Support effort to continuously identify diverse talent for client searches
• Engage in ad hoc market research and other initiatives as needed
• Provide on-going support for HT Talent clients as assigned with the expectation of supporting multiple clients simultaneously along with other ad hoc projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years of success as a full-lifecycle recruiter, ideally in the technology industry
• Previous experience recruiting executive talent preferred
• Understanding of modern recruiting tools including CRMs, databases, e-mail campaign platforms, and assessment solutions
• Fluency in contemporary productivity solutions including the Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Slack, and Zoom
• Demonstrably high attention to detail
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Professional presentation skills with a strong phone and video presence required
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or other Business Management emphasis preferred
